Kayla Bazzle

Hey, I’m Kayla! Born in Beaufort, SC, and raised in Guyton, GA, I’m deeply rooted in the Lowcountry and grateful for my humbling roots. I was born to a teenage mother who never had the chance to finish high school, and I’m thankful every day for the opportunities she worked so hard to give me. I’m also so grateful to be able to invest in the area where my family and I grew up.

I've been working since I was 15, and those early experiences taught me the value of hard work and connecting with people—skills that I carry with me in real estate today. I practice what I preach—real estate is a great investment! By 28, I own two homes: one I live in and one I rent out. I became a licensed agent in Georgia at 24 then expanded to South Carolina by 26. . Along the way, I’ve been recognized as a Diamond Realtor in 2022, 2023, and 2024, a member of the Executive Club in 2021, and a member of the 100% Club in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Now living in Richmond Hill with my dog, Bentley, I never thought I’d be someone who stayed close after high school, but here I am—and I love it! In my free time (HA!), I love decorating my house, cooking in my kitchen, playing a little pickleball, and, of course, shopping—my favorite sport! Ready to get started?
